Terms and conditions for Everest(2022-02-10)
The purchase agreement applies with Stadium Sweden AB, 601 60 Norrköping, org nr 556236-4397 when the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and confirms the order. When an order is placed, a confirmation is automatically sent via e-mail. Stadium Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel, or partially cancel, any order if the stock balance was incorrect at the time when the order was placed. If Stadium Sweden AB cannot deliver according to the purchase agreement, the customer will be notified via e-mail or telephone, if governed by the applicable consumer laws.
2. Age limit
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order at everestoutdoor.com.
3. Prices & maximum order amount
All prices are in euro (€) and include the relevant VAT (value added tax). Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. Stadium Sweden AB reserves the right to correct price and printing errors. In the event of obviously incorrect pricing, Stadium Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel the order, if governed by the applicable consumer laws. The maximum order amount allowed is 5000€. We do not have a minimum order amount.
4. Payment options
The web shop only approves purchases by private customers. See the offered payment methods below.
4:1. Online banking via Trustly
Trustly is a fast, easy and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your purchase directly from your account. In order to use Trustly, you do not need to register anywhere, instead you manage the payment using your own bank ID, whether your bank is Nordea, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, OP, POP Bank, Ålandsbanken, S-Bank, Tapiola, Danske Bank or any other standard consumer Finnish bank. The debit transaction will immediately be visible on your bank account. After accepting the payment, your order confirmation will be sent out via e-mail.
4:2. Credit card payment
Accepted credit cards are VISA and Mastercard. Card payments require the card number, card validity and CVC code. Everestoutdoor.com uses the 3D-Secure security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made through Adyen, which is PCI DSS certified and thus meets all security requirements for debit and credit card transactions. All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to the card data. Stadium Sweden AB does not store the card number after the completed transaction. More information about safety at everestoutdoor.com can be found under section 13 in our terms and conditions. The total amount of the order is reserved upon confirmation and debited as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse, but no later than 3 days after placing the order.
5. Delivery methods and costs
Click here to read more about the different delivery methods we offer. You will receive an e-mail when the parcel is sent from our warehouse. Use the link/tracking code in the e-mail to see the delivery status. Purchases made at everestoutdoor.com can only be delivered within the borders of Finland, excluding Åland.
6. Late delivery – cancellation
If Stadium Sweden AB is unable to deliver the order within the promised delivery time, a new time will be offered. The customer can either accept the new time or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
7. Right to return
7:1. Statutory right to revoke
We comply with the 14-day right to revoke according to the applicable consumer laws. If you wish to exercise the right to revoke, you need to register the order here within 14 days of having received the products. If you exercise your right of revocation, our refund will include all additional charges (e.g. delivery fee). A refund will be made no later than 14 (7?) days after we have proof of the return or the products have arrived at our warehouse and the refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order. You need to return the product to us in accordance with the options below (point
7.2) immediately or at the latest 14 days after having notified us about your decision to revoke. The customer is personally responsible for any impairment of the product which leads to a reduction of value of the product, including the original packing, which is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the product’s state, properties and its function. 7:1.1. Right to return
You may return your order within 14 days after it’s been picked up/delivered. The product needs to be in its original condition with all labels attached, the item may not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. When it comes to shoes, the shoebox is a part of the item and therefore the shoebox also needs to be intact. You have the right to open the parcel free of charge and make sure that the product is correct. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.
In case of return, the customer needs to send the product back to our warehouse in accordance with the information found here. The returned product needs to be intact with all its labels/tags still attached. No return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return parcel needs to be packed well so that the returned item including its original packing isn’t damaged during transportation. When returning shoes, the shoebox is a part of the product and therefore it is not allowed to damage the box through attaching the return label or anything else directly on the shoebox.
The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order. If the chosen payment method is Collector Invoice, the invoice will be credited in case of a return. In case of a partial return, the invoice will be credited, and the customer is to pay for the remaining products including any additional fees such as delivery fee and invoice fee. If the entire order is returned within the due date of the invoice, the customer may leave the invoice unpaid. If the invoice has already been paid when the products are returned, contact Collector Bank for a refund.
We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults and/or quality defects. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear or not fitting sizes are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not accepted claims. The claim shall be made directly when the defect is discovered, within a reasonable time. When the ordered product is damaged or defect, you need to register the order here and then send it back to our warehouse. An accepted claim results in a refund to the same payment method as chosen by the customer in the order. In case of any disputes, Stadium Sweden AB will follow the recommendations of the European Comission Online Dispute Resolutions (EU ODR).
10. Transportation damage
If there is a transportation damage that lead to the product being damaged, the customer is to return the product to the warehouse within 7 days of receiving the damaged parcel. The return form needs to be filled out, stating the damage, and sent along in the parcel. If you are missing either the return label or the form, please contact our customer service.
11. Unclaimed products
There is no charge for unclaimed products. The ordered parcel is stored at the post office for 14 days, after which they are returned to our warehouse. See point 8 for information regarding the refund.
Everestoutdoor.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is an encryption protocol for secure data transfer. SSL was developed by Netscape Communications. SSL uses a digital certificate to verify the sender and recipient of the data transfer. On the webpage everestoutdoor.com, Verisign is used as the issuer of the certificate. The certificate is of the Secure Site Pro with EV type, which provides the highest possible encryption for Microsoft and other browsers. The Secure Site Pro with EV certificate uses 256-bit encryption, allowing you to use the latest features in modern browsers. An example of this is the "green" address field, which indicates that the communication is secure. We use Adyen for payment processing.

16. Force Majeure
Stadium Sweden AB is released from the obligation to comply with its part of the contract and pay damages if Stadium Sweden AB’s obligations cannot be fulfilled at all or at unusually high costs due to war, riot, blockage, fire, explosion or an intervention by a public authority that we could not have predicted. Stadium Sweden AB is not liable for damages caused by law changes, government action, war, strike, blockage, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstances. Stadium Sweden AB is not obliged to compensate in other cases for damage that arises if Stadium Sweden AB has taken normal precautions. Stadium Sweden AB is not responsible for any case of direct damage.
