Everestoutdoor.com offers 30 days right to return. When returning to our warehouse, we ask you to pack your shipment well. It is not permitted to tape or paste anything on the product's original box. We therefore recommend that you pack the shipment in a plastic bag. Regardless of which freight forwarder or which shipping method you have chosen, you can easily and smoothly register your return here. You will find return options and instructions in 3 simple steps below.

Return to our warehouse

1. Register your return here, a QR code will be sent to you via SMS

2. Pack the shipment well. Submit the package to your nearest post office and show the QR code. This option does not require a return label or return slip.

3. Refund will be made within 7 working days to the same payment method used in your order.

When returning to our warehouse, no exchanges are applied, instead you then need to place a new order.

The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order.

When you trade with us as a consumer, the applicable consumer law applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.

We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults and/or quality defects. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear or not fitting sizes are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not accepted claims. The claim shall be made directly or no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered. When the ordered product is damaged or defect, you need to register the order here or choose a return method of your own choice, and then send it back to our warehouse. If your complaint is justified, you may either have the product repaired or replaced, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. An accepted claim results in a refund to the same payment method as used in the original order.

If you chose to register your claim via the link above, an assessment will be made with the registered information given by you. We will keep you posted with necessary information throughout the process. If the claim is accepted, you will not be charged any return freight costs.

In case of any disputes, Stadium Sweden AB will follow the recommendations of the European Comission Online Dispute Resolutions (EU ODR).

Statutory right to revoke
We comply with the 14-day right to revoke according to the applicable consumer laws. If you wish to exercise the right to revoke, you need to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase within 14 days of having received the products. When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You can do so by registering your order here or by following the option found below. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

You can send an e-mail to info.everest@everestoutdoor.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you find below. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that we refund the delivery fee when applicable.

Returning the goods
You have two options for the return:
1. Register here for a return free of charge. For this option, Stadium is liable if there is any damage to the parcel damaged during transportation.
2. Choose your own return method. For this option, you yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is lost or damaged during transport.

If you exercise your right of revocation, our refund will include the delivery fee if applicable. The refund will be made to the same payment method as chosen in the order no later than 14 business days after we have proof of the return or the products have arrived at our warehouse.

The state of the returned product
You need to send the return to our warehouse immediately or at the latest 14 days after notifying us about your decision to revoke and in accordance with the options below (point 7:2) The customer is personally responsible for any impairment of the product which leads to a reduction of the, including the original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the product’s state, properties and its function. If the value of the product is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the product and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the product, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
