J Alpine Jacket from Everest is a wind- and waterproof jacket for the active junior on the ski slopes. It has very good breathability and taped, waterproof seams, and is made in a soft and functional material. The jacket is lightly padded, has a detachable adjustable hood that can be used over a helmet, a soft elasticated inner collar, and an extra-high outer collar that protects against wind and cold air. It is adjustable at the cuffs and lower hem for best fit, and the sleeves also feature elasticated inner cuffs for greater warmth and protection from the weather. The waist features a snow lock with silicon grip for better control and to prevent snow from coming in from below. The jacket also features several pockets, and has zips for ventilation beneath the arms for greater comfort. The garment’s finish is free from environmentally damaging fluorocarbons, and the lining is coloured with energy-saving Solution Dye technology.
