K Light Softshell Jacket from Everest is a lightweight and windproof children's jacket, perfect as a spring or autumn jacket. The material consists of three layers: a durable and slightly stretchy outer layer, a protective membrane with a 3000 mm water column, and soft, warming fleece on the inside. This provides good protection against wind and light rain, but the jacket does not have taped seams, which means it is not completely waterproof in heavier rainfall. The jacket has an adjustable and detachable hood that attaches with snap buttons, allowing it to be used both with and without the hood. Two zippered pockets provide practical storage, and an inner wind flap behind the zipper prevents cold from penetrating. At the top of the wind flap, there is a chin guard that protects the chin from being chafed by the zipper. Inside, there is a large name tag where name and phone number can be written.
